Graham is the principal of Kenny Solicitors and is widely recognised as a leading expert in his field. Graham graduated from UCD in 1997 with an Honours Civil Law degree and was admitted as a Solicitor to the Law Society of Ireland in 2001. Whilst completing his traineeship in Ireland, Graham was admitted as an attorney to the New York Bar and also qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Before founding Kenny Solicitors, Graham worked as a Commercial Solicitor in one of the top 5 largest firms in the country and was a partner in a successful Dublin law firm. Graham is a leading commercial litigation and corporate recovery lawyer and has represented parties in some of the largest commercial cases to ever come before the Courts. Graham also regularly advises leading domestic and international companies on commercial agreements, corporate finance and regulatory issues. Graham has been a lecturer for the Law Society of Ireland in their Higher Diploma Course on Corporate Recovery and Insolvency. Outside of law, Graham has experience as a director on a number of Boards ranging from major retail and hospitality establishments to national property companies.
