This week on the show we welcome Mr. Jason O’Shaughnessy of DATUM Architecture Studio. Jason O’Shaughnessy is a Registered Member of The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) and is involved in Education at the Cork Centre for Architectural Education (UCC/CIT). He has completed several Award Winning projects and carried out works of various scales from private residences, public buildings, hospitals, urban design and urban landscapes and exhibition installations. Jason is also a Director of DATUM Architecture Studio with Mr Eoin French. DATUM are based in Cork City and place a lot of emphasis on understanding both Client and contextual needs in the design process. Their vision is to evolve their projects to connect with the aspirations of their Clients. For every scale of project, DATUM always look to involve Clients in the delivery of projects that satisfy contemporary environmental and living demands.
